Once a recommendation is accepted we will Prince2 project management the whole process to minimise downtime and ensure smooth integration of all phone and I.T. solutions.
The project managed installation will be a collaboration between yourselves, the original sales person and project manager plus our own engineers. This minimises any potential problems to ensure immediate up-time.
Our platforms are intuitive and are often picked up after a short training introduction. However we also have online training support and on-site trainers as required.

What phone systems do you sell?
We offer a range of best of breed communication platforms from major manufacturers including Avaya, Mitel & Microsoft, offering both on-premise and cloud hosted solutions.
Who handles your installation & maintenance?
We have our own fully trained engineers for both. This allows us to project manage new installs through without problems. We also have support from the manufacturers engineers we utilise on occasion.
Can you supply initial network & cabling?
Yes. We are BT wholesale suppliers, amongst others, and can set up whatever type of network connections you need and cable accordingly, including for all your other I.T. requirements.
Do you offer standalone PA & Paging installation?
Yes. We can add PA & Paging to your existing phone system (in most cases) and can also offer PA installs cabled or PA over IP from the ground up. We have a dedicated sales team and engineers for this area. We can visit our dedicated PA website here…
Do we have to be a phone customer to buy Business Mobiles?
No you don’t, however we pride ourselves on our integration of phone and mobility software for One Number Anywhere mobility, but maybe that is sometime you could look at for the future.
